Film and television artiste Annu Kapoor today said that he was invited many times for Season 3 of reality television programme ‘Big Boss’ but felt that participating in such a show went against his culture.
Kapoor, who was in Madhya Pradesh’s commercial capital for promoting Season 4 of the TV programme ‘Smart Shrimati’, told media that he was happy with this show telecast by Doordarshan.
”More than 75,000 women applied for entry this time round and those from non-Hindi-speaking states are also taking part. Last year, the programme’s TRP (television rating point) was 24.69, which was much higher than other shows. This time, the winner will be weighed in gold,” he claimed.
