The dabbawallas, who had once caught the attention of Prince Charles for their networking, will now be seen wearing mask of Amitabh Bachchan and T-shirts for the reality show Bigg Boss.
As the Season 3 of Bigg Boss kick starts from October 4 on the channel Colours, the dabbawalla’s have been roped in as part of its marketing initiative for the reality show, after the channel earlier promoted another on-going reality show ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 2′ early this month.
“We have roped in dabbawalla’s as part of the marketing initiative as they cater to large chunk of audience.
This is part of our 360 degree marketing campaign for the show. We are using new platforms and marketing round-the-clock to reach out to mass audiences,” Colors marketing head Rameet Arora told PTI here.
